Improving my fingernails
Needs stirring for a few minutes to dissolve the product, has a slightly unpleasant taste so I drink it quickly and eat something to take the taste away

Bought this after trialling a couple of others. This can be mixed with any liquid and I have been mixing it with cold milk and having it on Weetabix with some berries added. Perfect as it has no taste at all!. The last brand I had I mixed with water and orange squash m, I didn’t like the consistency of this at all as it was thickened and although it didn’t taste of fish it’s all I could think about while I was drinking it! 😬.I have found in the past you really need to wait a good 2-3 months before you really notice the difference in your skin, hair and nails but it is worth it so persevere!

it works
normally I just assume anything like this is a placebo but I was surprised to find that after eating this marine collagen most days for two weeks I noticed a definite difference in my aches and pains.seems to help the joints and tendons.

Didn’t notice any difference. Have used a different brand before, will go back to that. Not worth the money - at least in my case.

It didn't have its own I little scoop in the tub. It does leave a little after taste. I put it in my coffee in morning. I have got used to the taste now but at first I could really notice it.
