I would highly recommend this product. The totally dissolved solids (TDS) level measured at the cold water tap has dropped from 255 ppm to 15 ppm at the output of the water filter.Here is a few tips which I would recommend;Use food grade silicon grease on O-rings and threads of each filter housing as without it can be very difficult to tighten the housing and get it watertight.Use PTFE tape on the UV filter thread to mainly reduce friction and make it easier to screw on and off. Don't put the UV lamp in until you have checked for water leaks.Obtain some liquid disinfectant that is safe for use with drinking water as this is recommended in the manual for sanitising the storage tank (p11).Get a TDS meter for testing the water filter performance.If installing the filter system under a sink and the door hinges are strong enough, install another set of mounting screws on the inside of the sink door so that the RO unit can be taken out and hung on the door for easier maintenance.Water taste and quality has improved massively. A great buy, recommended.

Exerlent product and I found it easy to fit if you have some diy skills the instructions manual is easy to follow. My wife could smell and taste the fluoride in our water supply and would not drink it. After II fitted this system she is over the moon the water tastes so good we do not need to buy bottled water that contains a lot of salt. This company are very helpful and will guide you through the fitting if you have a problem installing this system. A faulty part was replaced without question so I fully recommend this company also the price is very competitive with exerlent after sales service.

Excellent product! Especially if you have some DIY skills it is very easy to set up and, if everything was assembled correctly, it does not require any regular maintenance (touch wood: no problems and leakage so far). And I must admit: the water quality is absolutely s-u-p-e-r-b. You cannot compare it by taste with tap water, so we can use only purified water for making tea, coffee and all sort of cooking. Additionally I want to highlight a good support from the vendor – they are happy to answer your questions and are very helpful indeed. Highly recommended!

Great system, got a lot for my money, now i've got clean water :) The instructions are clear, the unit itself has labels to show where it all connects up... top marks.

Excellent product. we purchased it last March. A bit challenging to install, but a trade man did it for us. The water tastes perfect, so takes everything out. nevertheless it seems that lot of water is wasted. But I prefer this than buying mineral water in plastic bottles....To mineralise it I add some Himalayan salt.
