what a shame
I have bought this when in Oregon and it was fabulous. But due to the way it has to be shipped it was so dried out that it was not edible. After contacting the distributor I was refunded and was given a detailed explanation as to what happened. I will not hesitate to buy this product again as long as I am able to do it in person. It's a real shame they can't figure out how to ship it.

Chorizo is good when fresh
No !! The Chorizo Rioja didn't meet my expectations at ALL. Extremely , dried the product should have never been sent out...possibility out of code. Chorizo is good when fresh.... This doesn't deserve any rating, that's how bad it was.

Olympic Provisions sausage is wonderful
Delicious old fashioned, hand made high quality sausage, great gift. You can not go wrong, either as a gift to yourself, or to another carnivorous loved one. Just make sure you get a taste also.
