I’m 5 ft 7, can I reach 10 ft ceiling?

Hi, The top 4 step of this 4 Step Stool to floor is about 3.2 ft.

What’s the max weight?

I don't have the original packaging to tell me how much weight it can hold. One big surprise there were two ladders in the one package. It holds at least 250 pounds I think and quality. I have one in kitchen and one in bedroom closet.
