Dell Computer B2375dfw Wireless Monochrome Printer with Scanner, Copier & Fax

This printer exceeds my expectation for the price. It is a great deal on a great printer. I would not hesitate to buy again.

I expected the scanner to scan to be duplex but was very disappointed.

Printing is fine, but the set up and software problems were a nightmare. I have use Dell multifunction printers in the past and loved them. The wireless printing setup was very difficult, especially for google cloud printing.

set up 6 of these on-site this week using USB connectivity. Was the fastest setup for any multi-function printer I've ever done. Unlike HP, there was no bloatware, which I really appreciated. Out of the box, I would recommend turning down the volume and increase sleep mode to 120 minutes, it's set, oddly enough, to 1 minute. Great experience. Easy Install

I have had unfortunate experiences with this Dell printer. As another reviewer remarked, the setup is very complicated and not user-friendly. I could not do it without hours of phone assistance from Dell technicians. After my automatic document feeder stopped working properly, Dell gave me a replacement (same model). However, the replacement printer will not scan to PDF, despite additional hours on the phone with a Dell technician. I had similar problems with the original printer, but Dell technicians were able to resolve such problems with the first printer for a few months (after many hours on the phone with them). Since I originally bought this printer about six months ago, I am still under warranty. I have purchased a new printer from another company and have asked Dell for a refund under my warranty. By the way, don't buy the supplemental paper tray. I found it impossible to install, even with help from Dell technicians.
