I purchased it for my mother. Helps her sleep better. Overall a good product.

One of the best Magnesium Glicinate available in the market with almost no extra fillers in the capsule. I take regularly 120mg one capsule and on some days two before sleep. Never had any stomach problems or side effects. Only issue is it's expensive. I brought it for 5500 Rs. Now I checked it's above 9000.

This product was opened when received . This was not expected . Also there is no return policy for this product . It’s a costly product

Edited after 3 months of usage - was not swing any benifits in sleep. Opened the capsule to taste the originality it was full of fishy foul smell. Don’t know whether it’s because of contamination or expired capsules (comes from USA to India). I am definitely not buying it again.

These tablets really help.Pros:- High quality glycinate form that's gentle on the stomach- Supports stress relief and better sleep- Noticeable difference when I take 1 tablet before bed (recommended dose is 1-4 capsules daily, I find 1 is enough for me)- May help with post-drinking foggy head (magnesium is one of the key electrolytes along with salt and potassium)Cons:- None notedI only take 1 tablet each night and it makes a big difference in falling asleep and staying asleep. Clean supplement from a trusted brand.Would I recommend? Yes, 5 stars.

Me ha gustado mucho este suplemento. Me ha ayudado a dormir mejor, además de que siento que mi flora intestinal sufre menos con algunos otros suplementos que tomo, tal como algunas proteínas en polvo. En general, para mí es muy buen producto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, 👍🏼.
