Fresh Mamey (Set of 2)

I've ordered 3 times now. The second was for my mother, who was trying this fruit for the first time, and she very much enjoyed it. The third time, the fruit was spoiled and when I sent photos to the seller, they responded within a day and said they'd send out a new shipment. I had yet to open the second fruit and thought it could be good, so I only asked for half a refund, but they were willing to send a whole new set. When I saw that the second piece was bad as well, a couple days later, I let them know and had two ripe, sweet and custard-y sapotes at my door within just a few days. Highly recommended, indeed! :)

Fruit was awesome, always come rotten

Tastes amazing, like sweet potato / pumpkin pie and the value for the money is insane considering I received more than supposed to. The quality was fresh and the perfect amount of ripeness surprised me. I only had a small cut of “damage” from the shipping process on A mamey, sapotes survived!

Seller sent three (3) fruit but not happy with the size sent for the price paid. Will not purchase from this seller again.

I gave it one star but it deserves a negative five!! The fruits arrived over ripe and squishy. Horrible how they were packaged! I had to throw them out! A total waste of my money!! I do not recommend it!!

Very fresh and fast delivery. We received two very large mamey. It was our first taste of mamey sapote, and well, none of us are hooked. It is just too sweet and rich tasting. I was starving before dinner and decided to cut the riper of the two fruits for everyone to try. I ate two small pieces of it, and it was so rich and sweet that my hunger actually completely disappeared. I didn't want to eat dinner anymore because I felt full. Weird. My wife commented that maybe we should market this as a weight loss supplement. Eat a piece or two and you won't eat anything else.I can understand why people would love this fruit, it is very sweet and rich and tastes like a faintly spiced sweet potato pie. It's just not our thing.
