Very important to get the correct size. If in doubt e-mail them first.
I bought this to improve my posture whilst sitting in the car for long hours. It certainly seems to pull the shoulders back and make you stand/sit up straight. I'm only using it for a short time at the moment and will build up gradually.The customer service was first class.

Good support and correction. Size is bit off as I am a size 6 but the small one for this feels very tight.

I was between XL 41 and 46 XXL waist. Bought XXL shoulders were close fit. So waist is bigger. Unfortunately then Velcro too short (big) if waist gets smaller. Will give it a go then inform manufacturer
