Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, Leg Spray-On Makeup, Medium Glow 4.4 Oz

I took a chance on the medium shade even though a lot of comments said it was orange.. Not true really! Yes, it maybe darker than your own skin color but that's the point if you want it for a self tanner but in my opinion better because it has flawless coverage leaving your skin looking really nice with a sun-kissed color. Dries quick and is not heavy or sticky like face foundation can be. I put on lotion in the morning and then apply some t9 my legs and arms and chest. It dries fast and get dressed for the day. Looking and feeling confident. I'm switching to this instead of my usual weekly self tanner. This is prettier on my skin and I can walk it of at night before bed or not. No transfer to clothes or bedding Yay! Love!! If you have really fair skin get the fair or mix in some medium for a little sun-kissed look.. enjoy 😉

Facts: 64 years old, very light skinned, have some flaws such as small spider veins, age spots, and my skin is light enough to see my normal veins along my front shin bones. All normal for this age. I don't wear makeup, so not an expert. I've tried cheap to expensive self-tanners but hate the smell. Researched and found this Sally Hansen leg makeup lotion (not spray). Read the reviews. Purchased the lightest shade and a body makeup brush. Followed customer advice to put just a couple of small dabs on the brush (tube says a quarter-sized drop which is ALOT) and swirled it on my legs with the brush until I was comfortable with how it spread. It was easy to get the hang of it. What it does: gives the same effect as a self-tanner without the smell. I spread it light enough that I don't think anyone would even comment on the added color. Did the light "buffing" with a small towel after application to reduce chance of color transfer. The color survived that and my shower the next day, but just in case, I dabbed my legs dry rather than rubbing them dry with the towel. What it doesn't do: act as a coverup for my flaws. This is a sheer makeup to give me overall color - a real tan wouldn't cover my flaws either. If you want to erase flaws look for a thicker coverup makeup in your own skin tone made for that purpose. Best advice I followed: buying a big brush to apply it. I could never spread this product out evenly with just my hands and think it would be messy. Also, grab a tissue and clean the tube after each use. I would only reject this product if you thought you could find better color tones elsewhere. Otherwise, don't waste money on a more expensive product that works exactly the same way.

After years of sun exposure my legs are covered with dark sun spots, which makes me very self-conscious about wearing anything that shows my legs. While I was at a high school reunion and feeling awkward about this (it was in Hawaii), my daughter recommended this leg makeup. I bought some and tried it, and was quite impressed. It is better than self-tanner which makes the spots darker, and it does not have the obnoxious after-smell. It is temporary (comes off in the shower or bath), and it does rub off on clothes. I let it "dry" for over an hour, instead of a minute, and it colored the inside hems of my shorts. With a pre-wash spray, the color did come off. But it gives my legs a soft light tan that works for the hot days of summer. UPDATE: This rubs off on dark pants as well as light colored shorts or jeans or slacks, even if I let it "set" for 3 hours. It will also leave a residue in your shower/tub when it washes off.

I tried this last month for the1st time & very happy to have used it. I had bought a large kabuki brush separately to apply it based on internet info. I am 68 yo and have never been one to tan, but this does better than any other versions I’ve tried! And, my dermatologist endorses it as “better than tanning beds. Any product I use for my legs requires good coverage (spider vein club🤦‍♀️) & this spray meets my needs which gives me more confidence all summer long. It was a relief to find it covers very, very well. Since panty hose don’t seem to be coming back in style it fits my needs entirely. It is not orange like some brands & tanning booths. It lasted much longer than these other applications too which is great for a weekend long event or a 5day+ vaca. I sat on my patio w/ AM coffee and applied it & the sun seemed to help dry the makeup quite well. Doing it this way is not stated in the directions but it worked well for me; it dried completely & faster than expected , and, very importantly to me- it did not have transference issues at all. This spray has saved me $$$ as well as proven it’s indeed a water resistant body color!

I really wanted to like this product, but it didn't work well for me. Instead of giving my legs a natural, airbrushed look, the color came across much more orange than I expected. I also had trouble getting an even finish, and it looked blotchy in several areas despite taking my time with the application. On the positive side, it does provide some coverage for minor imperfections. However, I think the final result will depend a lot on your skin tone and application technique. Overall, it wasn't the right match for me because of the orange color and uneven finish, but others may have better results with a different shade or application method.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this product had so many reviews that threw me off when reading them, that I thought this review might help. First, I want to say that this is an excellent product if you understand what it is and what its purpose is. This is a body makeup, not a sunless tanner! While it can, and does give a sun kissed glow like a sunless tanner, its uses and properties are vastly different. I got the “fairest” shade and it makes my very light skin look nicely tanned. It’s not a deep dark tan, but very close to my normal sun-tanned shade. I bought this product because, after multiple pregnancies, I have many unsightly veins on my legs that make me self conscious when my legs are visible. So let me highlight this product: 1.) It is a water resistant makeup foundation. It is not totally soap proof so you might see minor steaks after showering, it is not at all difficult to touch up and blend the streaks out. 2.) It is buildable until you get the coverage you need, or desire. The color does deepen the more layers you put on. I don’t find it necessary to use more than two layers. 3.) Since it is not a sunless tanner, it dries quickly and does not rub off on clothing once it is dry. Many reviewers mentioned mixing it with other lotions or lotioning the areas you normally lotion before using sunless tanners (elbows, knees, around feet and ankles, palms). This is not necessary or recommended. I believe this contributes to the many reviews that complained of it rubbing off. The other lotions disturb the adhesion of the foundation. 4.)The color you achieve after putting it on is the color it will stay. It does not develop over time like a sunless tanner. This makes it very easy to get flawless even coverage. The coverage I have achieved is not complete coverage, (I don’t believe you could cover a tattoo with it), but it does vastly improve discolorations and unsightly veins. The improvement is enough that I feel comfortable when my legs are visible. 5.) While it is marketed to the legs, this can be used beautifully on any area of the body including the face. 6.) It can be easily exfoliated away when you are finished with it. 7.) No special care is necessary when using your hands to put it on. It will wash off your hands with soap and water. 8.) I have received many compliments saying my legs have never looked so good!

I was pleasantly surprised with this leg makeup. Warning: it goes on shockingly orange! But I apply it with some body lotion to my legs/feet and rub it in really well and the color softens and evens out beautifully. For me, it’s better than self-tanning lotion, which never gave me much color and could easily get streaky. I haven’t experienced any streaking with Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, just terrific coverage and great color. It doesn’t feel sticky, either. It’s easily removed with soap and water. I highly recommend it.

I really like how this makes my legs look. I’d give it 5 stars but it does not cover varicose veins or flaws but my legs look tan and so much better. Doesn’t seem to rub off on clothes if you wait until it sets. It did rub off a bit on my white sheets when I didn’t remove it before bed. It’s fairly easy to put on. All in all I would buy it again.

How long have we got ! Right for your fair skinned beauties like me it's very dark but ! It moves it blends it does not come off on your cotton sheets and feels good with no smell ! It's just like wearing estee lauder double wear on your legs. I bought the bronze one but want to try a light shade. I like it after a shower the next day and I shaved my legs 🦵 it looked good. Let it dry fully so do it straight after a,shower and I did add a body moisturiser dont use 2 much go slow it's shocking at 1st for pale skin but it settles and blurs x I love it ♥️ this shade would be great for more olive to dark skin tones I think but I will use it for evening maybe not the day as its not my colour match. It washes off with soap easily x

This product really exceeded my expectations. I didn’t think it was going to work, but it did. It also didn’t wash off in the pool!

Questo fondotinta x il corpo e' proprio come viene descritto .... il colore e' perfetto se si e' abbronzate io lo uso assieme alla tonalita' piu chiara ne basta poco e la pelle cambia .... diventa bella toglie imperfezioni.... lascia una pelle perfetta ,(almeno per il mio caso) se metto gonne o vestiti....Uso il n* 2 assieme al n3*consigliatissssssima...... anche al mare non si nota ........

THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. It has saved me in so many last-minute races to get ready! I have very fair skin and it is just not cute on my legs whatsoever. And let’s be real, putting artificial tanner on your arms/legs/face/chest consistently is a huge pain and rarely happens consistently. This stuff is so easy to spray on, rub in with hands, wash off of hands and literally end up with beautifully coloured skin that covers up all imperfections, bruises, discolouration etc. Not to mention this is the only tanning product that does not smell or transfer and is legit waterproof!! I’m not exaggerating at all when I say there is actually no transfer and you can get wet with no bleeding running down your skin. THIS IS IT. Sometimes if I’m wearing a skirt to work and just the bottom 4-5 inches around my ankles is showing, I’ll just spray that area/feet, rub in and am ready to go in 40 seconds.
