Is this 875 mg of choline bitartrate, yielding 350 mg of actual choline? Or is it 350 mg of choline bitartrate, yielding 140 mg of choline?

According to Good Rx, 1,000mg of Choline Bitartrate is only 400mg of Choline. In other words, there isn’t much Choline in these per capsule. The answers for this particular question from users are nonsensical!

Does this have any smell or flavor? Another brand makes me throw it back up.

You may fare better with sunflower lecithin for choline source. Most choline bitartrate is pretty similar and could potentially be kinda rough on the stomach.
