Q: how many pick come with this order?

just one pick comes with the order. "DUO" refers to two (2) flashing/alternating colors. I really like the pick and intend to purchase some additional ones with different colors. I would recommend it.

Please, aloud some time for the Firefly pick to get some charge. It will blink while charging and remain lighted on when fully charged. It may take a few minutes for the pick to get some charge to start blinking. If this doesn't work, please go to return center and choose the replace items option and we will send you a new one.

Absolutely professional. I purchased the trio pack on a special promotion for ($119 less deductions costing me only $79 bucks), and use the multi colored version called 'Insanity'. By no means is this a cheap toy!I highly recommend it and it has a pretty good gauge considering what it does. The case is sweet and has a magnetic flip lip that closes securely and houses the Pick and Plug. You won't want to give it up...lol!I do believe the newer version comes shrink wrapped. Definitely worth the $$$ just for the shock value alone...Hahaha!!!You should check with Amazon if they still offer this promo. I bought mine in 12/2014 and they are just so cool!

Thanks for your question! The Firefly Pick is made of polycarbonate and hermetically sealed via ultrasonic welding. It is nearly indestructible and none have ever been returned for warranty service due to wear from playing.
