Awesome little blaster! Perfect for my needs.
We tried this little soda blaster over the weekend and it's perfect for what I needed. I repurpose Breyer horses (plastic horse models) by stripping the paint off and doing custom painting. We did 5 models in total. Talk about fast! The most time is reloading the little blaster, as it doesn't hold a lot, but that's not a big deal. It can take me an hour to hand sand a classic size model, and I can't get into all the cracks and crevices. It took 5 minutes for a model with the soda blaster, and it gets it completely clean. Wow!! I used powdered sodium bicarbonate....we had a 50 lb bag on hand that we bought for another use, so we decided to try it. Worked great once we ran it through a sieve to get all the lumps out. Then we tried silica sand, which we also had on hand, and it was even better. I couldn't be more pleased with the time savings on this little unit.

Worked Like a Charm
I had to replace some parts on my 10+ year old compact tractor. The salvageable parts were badly rusted, and this soda blaster did a great job cleaning them for reuse. A little frustrating in terms of how often you have to reload the hopper as well as having to push soda through the fine screen to get the right particle size but overall happy. Next task is to clean the internals of my suppressor.

Works GREAT for what it is
It's an inexpensive tool for sodablasting, and it rocks for that purpose. The hopper for blast media is small so is best for small(er) projects, I get best results when shaking it while blasting, and it "feels" cheap. But that's okay, as it isn't a $15,000 commercial blast rig. I use it for everything from mailbox size on down.

Not nearly as effective as other brands
I purchased this gun to refinish several projects. The picture shown is the top of an antique piano stool base. Before this gun arrived, I had borrowed a similarly-styled gun - a SpeedBlaster by Zendesk Tool - from a friend. I used my friend's tool for most of the top and saved a small section to compare the Zendesk gun with this one. As you can see from the light colored area, the Zendesk tool stripped all of the finish off and took it right down to the wood. And, as you can see from the dark section, this gun barely removed anything. I'm using the same compressor at the same PSI with same baking soda media running through the same air lines. The only thing different is the gun. I have tried different PSI settings with this gun from 90 to 150 but to no effect. Another thing that I noticed is that this gun frequently would stop flowing the media and I would have to rigorously shake it to get the media to flow. I did not experience this with the borrowed gun. While I don't like to leave negative reviews, this soda blaster gun is going to have to go back.

Does well with small jobs
I use this to blast detail work on pieces of furniture I'm refurbishing. The hopper needs to be refilled quite a bit but its ok as it gives me time to survey the work already done. I do need a blasting helmet or hood piece because eye protection isn't enough and I wear long sleeves. I use the personal changing tent I purchased for spray painting because its also VERY messy. I like this for smaller projects only. Not good for large pieces of furniture due to my space to enclose the media from flying around and the hopper isn't large enough.

Inexpensive, but very useful
I bought it to do small jobs and I canโt believe how well this thing actually works. Itโs the right size for my 5hp garage compressor. You can find inexpensive abrasive grit at Harbor Freight. You can throw down a tarp and catch and reuse the grit, but be sure to run it through one of your wifeโs sieves to filter out any oversize pieces of paint, rust, or whatever. Anything larger than the grit will plug the nozzle and you will cuss at your dog.

Great wood finish remover...but be careful!
I used this soda blaster to save me time and do a better job removing the old finish between the cross rails and the chair stiles. It did a great job, but it left the surface of the wood rougher than I'd expected with the feed dial at 50%...so I needed to finish sanding by hand, which was much easier once the finish was removed. Be aware that this soda blaster uses a LOT of baking soda and the gun reservoir empties quickly. For six chairs (just the inside surface of each stile) I went through 3 lbs. of baking soda filling the reservoir 2x per chair.

Value for money
I have not used it yet, but for the price it is a decent looking little blaster. The first came in and was missing parts so I had to get another one. My biggest issue for now is they give you a coupon to get a free accessory, but their website will not pull up.

does not work well, not enough force for the amount of product required

The gun does not work well in releasing material you either get too much or not enough. Inconsistent to effective blast the material. Did not work for me trying to strip wood
