This is more of a pamplet. There are not many recipes and they just don't sound great. The formatting is horrible, hard to read, just not done well at all.

Bought this for my grand daughter who can't eat dairy First thing we made was the peanut butter brownies. Goodness they were delicious!. Reason for 4 stars is a lot call for margarine. Assuming all margarine is dairy free. It isn't. IN fact it is hard to find one in stick form that is. I used a vegan stick substitute. Worked great.

Not many recipes on here.. wish there had been more...all pretty simple to make.. will be making one or two myself

Bought this for my mother in law as she has dietary restrictions. I made a few recipes to give her with the book and they all were good

Very hard for a chef to get the diagnosis of your daughter being allergic to dairy. This chocolate cake was as good if not better than great nana's original chocolate cake recipe, glaze is the same. No need to make 2 type of cake because this one is perfect! Can't wait to bake cookies for Christmas. Now hopefully for her mother who has nut allergies it will be just as easy!

Received this book today so not had a chance as of yet to try out any recipes but so disappointed by the size of it .Small and thin with no out -of- the- ordinary cake recipes. I was particularly looking for celebration cakes but sadlythere were none. Not worth the money.

Bought this as a gift for my husband, the recipes are good but it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Still worth purchasing though
