Disposable Waterproof Camera – A Fun, Rugged Throwback
I picked up this disposable waterproof camera for a beach trip, and it was surprisingly fun to use. It’s definitely a nostalgic throwback to the days before smartphones took over photography. The camera held up well underwater—perfect for shallow snorkeling, pool shots, or just worry-free fun in wet conditions. The image quality isn’t on par with digital cameras, of course—photos came out a bit grainy and washed out in low light—but that’s to be expected. In bright sunlight, especially underwater, the pictures actually turned out better than I anticipated. It has a fixed focus and limited exposures (usually around 27), so you have to be selective, which kind of adds to the charm. The biggest downside is not being able to preview your shots, but that’s also part of the appeal if you’re looking for a bit of surprise and nostalgia. Just make sure to get it developed at a place that still handles film.

Worked perfect
Got two, one for me and my sister to use on a boating trip. Camera worked perfectly. Only two out of the 27 photos didnt develop, I assume the first and last photo. Worked well under the water, up to 15 feet is as far as I went and the pictures turned out.

Lightweight, airtight, great quality
Comes with 27 film. The directions on the camera aren’t very clear about how to take pictures. I accidentally twisted the knob too many times when trying to figure out how to snap pictures. Make sure to only twist the top green knob lightly until it doesn’t twist any further; you don’t want to twist it until it clicks, that’s how I started wasting film 😅. After learning how to use it correctly, the camera works very simply and convenient for quickly taking photos. I think the price is a little expensive for an underwater disposable camera, but FujiFilm is a brand worth spending the extra buck for. I have yet to witness the picture quality because I have 15 film left, but I will update!

"No images found" when set for development. Yes, I know how to operate a disposable camera!
Took these to be developed at local Walgreens (always use them for my photo development) Prints were not available when scheduled for pick up. Came back days later, still not there so the Walgreens employees started an investigation. Found a notice from developing center, "no images detected". And they were not able to return the camera to me for investigation. I know how to use a disposable camera! I know I used up all the pictures. How is there nothing there? I just have NO pics from my snorkeling adventure!! And I out the money for these defective cameras

Ok product, bad packaging/marketing
TL;DR: A much better waterproof alternative is the Lomography Analogue Aqua Reloadable Camera. The clue as to what this camera was intended (and only usable) for is the pictures on the package: day time beach/pool scenes. Fujifilm really should tell people what this is NOT for, so people don't waste money/get a bad UX. In particular, this is NOT a low light camera. For those who (want to) understand this camera's exposure triangle, this camera has ISO 800 film, 1/125s shutter speed, an F10 aperture, and NO flash. This means that (as tested on a phone's light meter app): 1. The lowest usable light is in the shade on a sunny day. 2. It can't take indoor pictures or night pictures. 3. It can't take underwater pictures because underwater shots require a lot of light (waterproof does not mean underwater). While more expensive than this Fujifilm camera, the Lomography Analogue Aqua Reloadable Camera is more versatile--even with its slower (ISO 400) film, its included flash solve this Fujifilm camera's main problem. It's also reloadable, so less plastic waste than this one. Mine lasted 4 rolls before destroyed by the leaked alkaline battery (moral: don't leave alkaline batteries in electronics).

a little disappointed, but have used before. Will keep buying
Water was very clear so I was a bit disappointed in the pictures. They had like a blue halo around them. Some had like a black shadow around whatever I was taking pictures of. Not sure if it was a problem at where I had the photos developed or the camera itself. But I'll keep buying these because they are a great thing to have when you want to take on water pictures. I've used one before and pictures turned out great

Blast from the past
We were told to buy these for my son's 5th grade trip (a 5 day overnight in the mountains) I'm so glad we did- Total blast from the past!! Explaining he'd have to wait to see the photos was interesting but turned out a great lesson, patience Isn't common for youngsters today. They had freezing rain and snow the entire trip and considering how many items were list on the trip (from pillows to pants) it was a relief to know my son had these inexpensive cameras rather than expensive electronics- They are simple and easy to use (we did waste the first few pictures "practicing" the wind and shoot) The photos turned out well Waterproof worked in rain, snow, buried in snow and in the kitchen and bathroom sinks...lol! (They are 5th grader boys) The price is great, especially to avoid the worry of lost electronics. I would use again and would recommend to friends (already have in the "report" for next year's parents.)

Awesome for Niagara Falls boat tour pictures
I bought this camera to take on a trip to Niagra Falls. I got 26 clear pictures from it. Even the picture I took while on a boat tour of the falls were clear despite being blasted with water. When winding the film you have to keep turning until you feel it click and when you take the pictures you should also feel a click. I never took a picture fully under water but in very misty environments it was awesome.

Divertente e funzionale
