Great product helps my nerves and depression

This has been the best absorbic acid I have taken..I have seen a difference in my health with this stuff and being into the holistic healing I have been through a lot of different brands.

Buyer beware if you're searching for the active form of vitamin B6 (P5P). This product by Allergy Research Group is 91% pyridoxine hydrochloride (inactive B6), just like you'd find in any cheap, Walmart-type supplement. I bought by mistake, assuming it was at least mostly P5P. It is not. Unlike P5P, the inactive form of B6 will actually cause neuropathy at or around the dose found in this product. I started experiencing worsened neuropathy after taking this, baffled because I thought I was taking a quality P5P product. It is only 9% P5P, which makes this a pretty useless supplement in my opinion (since inactive B6 competes with active B6 in the body... and at 91% inactive B6, totally negates any benefit of 9% P5P). I had to throw away the bottle after taking this for only a few days, after which the neuropathy has subsided.

These are good vitamins.

Allergy Research Group you should remove the P-5-P from the label and call this a 'B6 with pyridoxine hydrochloride. Do not scam customers! Also a pyridoxine hydrochloride supplement should be under $10 due to the low cost. Very sad to see.
