Can we use this to sit while working?

I have just sat on it seems OK but may need a cushion I suggest you ask the supplier/maker for load capacity just to be on the safe side.

Is there an extendable handle so you can pull the box while walking?

Dear customer. Yes the model UPT-2010 has an extendable handle. The Tool Box's lightweight, extendable metal pull handle and 17cm-diameter wheels ensure easy movement; the metal pull handle has a rubberised grip that is both comfortable and slip-proof.
