Seeing that the iPhone XS MAX has a unique screen shape, there weren't too many honest companies out there selling quality products. Most had a perfect 5 star with hundreds of reviews even before the phone launch date. I took a chance with this company, and I'm not too crazy about the product. The idea behind the guide is amazing and kudos to them, however, the execution of it is where it missed the mark with me. I read most, if not all, of the reviews prior to purchasing and applying the protector right after launch. I knew the alignment was not perfect inside the guide as far as the left/right is concerned. Even knowing this, it went on slightly off to one side. That is just annoying more than anything. I also noticed a couple bubble areas around the bottom edge and bottom of the side edges immediately. After a few days, 75% of the bottom edge is halo'ed. I want protection, so I figured I would keep it on and just deal with it. After using it more and more, the protector gets smudges and fingerprints very... very easily and it is hard to wipe off and it just smears. Until I do wipe it clean, which is many times during the day, the smudges cause my finger to not glide over the screen easily and is very noticeable when doing anything from typing to playing games. Due to it giving protection, I am dealing with it, but will hold out for more legitimate reviews to come out on various other company's protectors and will go a different route next time.

Wow...great invention! There wasn't such a guide last time I bought a new iPhone two years ago. The guide took away the chance for error. My advice (because it worked perfectly for me!) is do NOT press the glass down. After fitting the guide over my iPhone XS MAX and peeling the film off of the sticky side of the glass, I laid the phone sideways on a table with the bottom of the phone nearest my dominant hand. I used my dominant hand to touch the glass to the top of the phone. Then, just let it fall. You will watch the suction forming (and the air disappearing) from top to bottom. I think applying the protector at night with the light on above the table made it very easy to watch the magic happen. After the glass sealed itself to the phone, I noticed two teeny spots of air near near the edges...NONE in the middle/body of the phone. I pressed down and they disappeared. The guide forces perfection...there is NO way to mess this up! I will never buy a glass screen protector without a guide. One other thing: the glass screen protector is NOT supposed to go edge to edge. The iPhone curves at the edges, and that would leave ANY screen protector vulnerable to dirt.

My daughter and I bought this to protect our new iPhone 6s. I first installed it on my phone -- following the easy to read directions and watching the video (link in instructions). I even followed the tip about installing in a bathroom with hot water turned on to cut down on dust. My screen protector went on without any problems -- I love it! I attempted to install the protector onto my daughter's phone and followed the exact same procedure. Several small circles appeared under the glass -- maybe missed dust, maybe a flaw? My daughter was very disappointed. We even tried to remove and reinstall but it only got worse. The instructions said to write a positive review if we liked it -- or contact them if we had any problems. We contacted support and they responded to our email in record time! They were, kind, courteous and definitely not condescending or tried to blame the mistake on us. We had a replacement in our mailbox within days! We again followed the instructions and everythiing worked out perfectly. Thank-you OURS for your amazing customer service and support!! Will recommend to everyone who asks.

This product is the best screen protector I have ever used and very affordable 5 stars all around.I bought this for my daughter iPhone 6s. A month after I put the screen protector on the phone we had, had a potentially catastrophic drop at the grocery store and thought the screen was cracked. We came home and I took the protector off and it was cracked but the phone was flawless.The second one I put on and a week later I accidently dropped it on a hard tile floor and the case popped off and again the screen looked cracked but when I removed the screen protector it was cracked but again the actual phone was flawless.I have to say these are the best I have come across.I had bought expensive name brand protectors for my daughters old phone and they did nothing to protect the screen. The protector cracked and so did the screen.I highly recommend these.

** Updating my review -I ordered my third set of screen protectors because it keeps breaking. I guess it's better that it breaks than my phone screen but as it is tempered glass, it will break easily.My iPhone screen cracked and I bought this after getting it replaced, as I didn't want to go through the trouble of replacing my phone screen again. Unfortunately today I dropped my phone and while it looked okay at a glance, I noticed there was a single horizontal crack in the screen. I thought it was my iPhone screen but alas, it was the screen protector that took the hit and the damage, leaving my actual phone screen protected and in tact.That said, I've applied my second one from the set and promptly will be putting in an order for another box, should this happen to me again.

I am a die-hard tempered glass screen protector user. They have saved my phone's screen more times than I can count! I was a bigger fan of their aesthetics back before the iPhones started curving their screens and made it so these don't go from end to end, but I can deal with it to have this type of protector over the old sticker kind.These are very easy to put on and, when the time comes, come off very cleanly and easily. This does NOT interfere with the 3D Touch of the 6S. Like I have said, I have dropped my phone in a ton of ways on a ton of surfaces. Whenever it's been in a way that would shatter the screen, the protector has taken the brunt of the hit and left my phone unscathed. That's one of the reasons I get the 2 pack. So that I have a spare around for when I inevitably break these.
