Yes they are, I’d a problem with one not charging, contacted apple and they arranged an appointment with their techbar and the faulty pod was exchanged , no problem at all.

Can i return this item

Mine have gone faulty after 12 months. Even though it’s a 2yr warranty they have to go for repair. And the process is so laborious it’s hardly worth it.
