I'd say this should only really be considered by massive fans of Rayearth with deep pockets - I think that even as beautiful as it is this is probably about twice the price it should be. Beautiful but Incredibly Expensive
Yeah the price is pretty nutso considering this is just the first half of Rayearth, itself avilable for 15 quid from Dark Horse not that long ago. But this really is the most lavish treatment I've seen for a manga collection, obviously aimed at older fans with disposable income who remember this the first time round. I'd say this should only really be considered by massive fans of Rayearth with deep pockets - I think that even as beautiful as it is this is probably about twice the price it should be.

A bit pricy, but so worth it!
I've always wanted to read Magic Knight Rayearth and was excited to see this boxset. I can understand why people were put off by the price, but the quality of the volumes and the artbook made it so worth it! Excited for part 2!

Adicionando um quarto livro somente de ilustrações coloridas. Muito lindo mesmo! Entrega super expressa da Amazon global ! Fiquei surpreendido. Chegou direitinho e sem amassados. Podem confiar !

Box set worth the collecting
I had purchased the paperback version of these volumes, and were very disappointed by the quality of the print and paper. Fastforward a few months, after a friend mentioned that his 25th Manga box sets came in, and how wonderful they were, I had to splurge. First delivery smashed the hell out of the box. But the return was painless, and the replacement came within two days in great condition. The binding and paper are great, I love how it feels in my hands. And the art is so good. I love the artbook included, and it looks great on my shelf. Now if only they would release a collector's version of RG Veda, please I'm begging.
