Mini USB Microphone for Computer Laptop Desktop Driver Free Black

I bought this after my daughter's mic on her laptop stopped working. It has worked fine for her and she is now able to talk to her friends while playing games and during her online learning classes. It is easy to set up, just plug in and start using. It's also small so it doesn't get in the way.

This mic would be good for those who have a quiet (not a fan roaring) laptop/mini/micro form factor desktop sitting on top of the office table with USB ports facing your sitting direction.The sound quality is very passable for online conference and voice & video calls. Beyond that, as most wiser consumers know, you get what you pay for.The mic works but if you are using Windows there are some very basic settings in Windows Volume Controls that must be switched.I'm happy money went a looong way.

Awhile back I accidentally dropped my laptop on a concrete sidewalk. I had just bought it about a month before and the resulting damage was a broken screen. A friend of mine found the same laptop but slightly used on line but it was found out that the internal Mike didn't work right. He found the external mike, which I bought, helped me set it up and tested it. I can now use the internal camera and external mike and make videos.

I tried to use it for conference calls to replace my laptop's built-in microphone, which broke. The volume came through super-quietly. I spent a long time adjusting my computer's sound settings to get it to work, including maximizing its sensitivity. You'd have to yell directly into it to come across at a normal volume.

Not horrible but doesn't pick up sound very well inless you're right up on it.

Price is right. I bought three. Put them in three desktops and can walk up to each one and dictate with Window's Dictation (start +H buttons).

It's totally sufficent for my needs---just to talk to my computer and chat online. It is a bit hard to grasp between my old fingers, though...very small! Great for the price.

Nice unit, no issues getting it to work in the front USB port on my desktop computer. Nice.

Es el único micrófono mini usb que encontré.. lo intente utilizar en mi lap que tiene el micrófono dañado y es muy malo. La gente te oye muy lejos, no capta bien los sonidos. Lo peor es que todos los demás que están anunciados es exactamente el mismo. No lo compren

Tried it under both Windows and Linux. Device is recognized but no sound detected. I presume the one I received was defective but Amazon doesn't allow returns on this item. Why that would be I have no idea.

It does not pick up your voice which I wanted to use on my laptop.Also when I wanted to return the item there was a message saying this item can’t be returned
