i take a stimulant med that makes me retain water so much my fingers itch from the swelling. have to be careful w/ my caffeine intake since i already have a stimulant medication. this water pill keeps most of the swelling down, at least to a comfortable amount. haven't noticed any side effects and have been taking it off and on for over a year now, love it

This stuff works REALLY well. I have an issue where my left foot swells up. Doctors aren't sure why. This supplement keeps it nice and shrank down. Perfect relief. Thank God I found this stuff ! Works better than other brands I've tried. I now rely on this supplement to keep my foot normal ! Thanks !

I used this a few years ago when it came in different packaging and LOVED it. I own a small gym and rely heavily on producing content for marketing and advertising. If I'm feeling a little puffy from my cycle or a less than stellar meal the night before, I take this and it works very well. It's also the only one I've taken that doesn't also seem to dry me out completely or give me cotton mouth. I was so happy to find this again!

I suffer from occasional hypokalemia and bloating every month. This supplement addresses both issues, which I appreciate. It is not very potent, so I suggest to take it ahead of time as preventive care. Also note, that the pills are brittle and break. The pills did not affect my sleep quality and the size of the tablet is small enough to be swallowed easily with a small sip of water.

Great product to use if you hate taking pharmaceuticals that are diuretics but not as strong as prescription The pills are small and easy to swallow.

I bought these for my husband to help regulate his blood pressure - they didn't help at all. The only thing that got his pressure back to normal was a combination of drinking dandelion root tea, getting exercise, and eating a whole foods plant based high carb low fat diet. This worked within days! But sadly the pills did not.

These helped remove water from my body. But not enough for me. If you have light swelling or bloating, you'll probably be pleased. But if you have additional health issues, the won't help enough. The ones from Spring Valley work quite well. But they were out of stock.

Good product. I got this too far into my situation and still ended up in the ER get prescription for stronger, but that was on me. These will maintain me after that. Make sure you get the kind with potassium with any water pills.
