I initially purchased this for incontinence and got positive results. But it also reduced blood pressure so that I no longer need to take a prescribed medicine. Then I noticed relief from the pressure of mild uterine prolapse. I was wearing a tampon for relief (some women use this as a makeshift remedy) and was able to stop doing that. I highly recommend using it.

Having suffered from urge incontinence (irritable bladder, different from stress incontinence and with no surgical remedy) for more than 15 years, I had gotten a prescription from my MD, but the monthly copay was $95. I tried the Oxytrol OTC patch, but it didn't stay on very well, and didn't seem very effective. So I did some research and found serious medical articles supporting pumpkin seed extract as a natural remedy. It seems to take a while to work -- I think perhaps there is also a "retraining" of the body required. Maybe as the extract starts to reduce the bladder urges, the person needs to build up capacity again. Anyway, I started by taking one capsule at night and one in the morning for the first week or two, and noticed a gradual diminishing of the problem right away. I went from often having one or more accidents a day, despite daily wear of a panty liner designed for incontinence, to only minor leakage usually handled by the liner. On occasion, I have a small wet spot on my underwear, but nothing like before. Some days, I go without any accidents at all, which feels like a miracle. I am buying my third bottle now, so I have been taking it about six months. I reduced to just one capsule at night after about a month. One more thing, just in case any other woman suspects this... i have found that my problems track with my monthly menstrual cycle. I assume it has something to do with either the hormones or the increased blood flow to that area. The last week before my period is the worst time for accidents for me. That is still the case, but even that week is much better with the pumpkin seed. Some recent reviews are saying that this product is being discontinued. I hope that is not true, as I tried another version of pumpkin seed, and this one worked much better and faster.

This is the second bottle I purchased and with the 1st bottle took three x’s per day, now I take once per day at noon with my prescription medication for maintaining my UTI’s. This doesn’t hurt so I figured I should use it and my doctor approved it.

Helps me with my overactive bladder issues, not perfect but it does help.

A supplement that actually works! Saved me from the post-menopausal bladder "dance." I've been taking for several months and I feel like my bladder is even better than it was in my 20s, no joke. I started taking this after I had what I felt like was an ongoing UTI for a few weeks but the doctors could "find nothing wrong." I was skeptical that pumpkin seed extract could do much but I can very much tell the difference from before/after; I will go hours now without even thinking about needing to pee when before it was like every 20 minutes I felt like I might need to go pee and I had that "off" feeling of a UTI coming on. I still drink like a gallon of water a day these days, too, and feel great; so, that's really something. I take this in addition to a selenium supplement, which is also supposed to help strengthen bladder cells.

It works for me! Surprisingly! Easy to swallow pill, almost immediately I felt relief from my symptoms that are very uncomfortable. I’m so glad I tried this product! I was using some other supplement that wasn’t working so tried this. Wow! Pumpkin seed extract it is! It’s been about 4 days now feeling much relief!

I read in my research that pumpkin seed extract is very helpful with people who have prostate or bladder issues, such as incontinence. This supplement has made a huge difference in our family. I highly recommend recommended.

Newer buy this product. Brush was completely gone after 2 times I have used. Don't waste your money.
