Ihop At Home Butter Pecan Flavored Syrup, 24 Oz.

I absolutely love this syrup. I was so excited when I found out I could order it here so I didn't have to steal a bottle from IHOP. Unfortunately I was betrayed by prime and it will not be here in time for National Pancake Day. I was looking forward to sharing it's rich buttery deliciousness with my coworkers at our breakfast tomorrow....or protecting it like it was my precious. I hadn't really decided on that yet. I guess hind sight is 20/20. Now I don't have to share when it finally arrives.

Taste like ihop

I agree with the other reviewers that state this is not the same as what is served in IHOP restaurants. It's thinner, way too sweet and barely has a pecan flavor to it. Due to a stomach condition, I cannot eat overly sweet things like regular pancake syrups. If it doesn't come back up, I suffer for hours. That was why I was so happy to see this syrup for sale online. I had had the opportunity to try this syrup in an IHOP restaurant while traveling and not only was it delicious it did not have any ill effects on me. It was thick, had a definite Butter Pecan flavor and a balanced sweetness that was not over powering. I am sorry to say that I will be tossing this and I do not recommend this product for online sales. I hope IHOP takes note of these reviews and correct this issue.

I received the syrup today. It is highly overpriced for it being regular ihop syrup with pecan artificial flavoring. I buy real maple syrup and pay the high price. The bottle pictured is the bottle I received.

My sister just absolutely loves it!

I never saw this except in IHOP but found it here so I bought some. Like some of the reviews, it is slightly different than the one in the restruant; it seems a little thinner in consistency and the flavor seems to be a little weaker, but it is still a good product and I keep ordering it so there is something good about it or I wouldn't reorder so much of it! I wonder if "atmosphere of the place" has anything to do with it.

This is everything I've dreamed of since I tried it at IHOP. One day, the table was out of the original flavor, and I was feeling experimental, so I tried butter pecan. It changed my life. Now I don't have to fight the hordes of people on the weekends to taste this warm, rich sweetness. It can transform any pancake or waffle, even if you never thought it could taste better. If loving this syrup is wrong, I don't want to be right.
