For salmon this is the BEST. I have used it for many years and it never fails to impress me. It is more and more difficult to find locally here in S. Florida, so I ordered it on Amazon. Very happy to say that my spice cabinet is now home to this wonderful seasoning.

Its a great seasoning for the salmon that I fix on a regular basis. I don't use anything else. Depending on the amount one uses, it almost give the salmon a blackened flavor. My wife doesn't like salmon in restaurants but loves this seasoning.
