But direct through Amazon - do not deal with Gamer chairs!
This chair arrived broken and did not work. Gamer chairs were rude and completely unhelpful as we had great difficulty in being able to return the chair. We had assembled the chair before we knew it didn’t work and could not disassemble it. They offered no assistance with the return except that they would reimburse me to a reasonable extent if they agreed with me that the chair did not work. They suggested I contact the manufacturer which I did. They proved much more helpful. They sent a new control panel to try but promised if it did not work they would collect it and bring us a new one. On removing the control panel we discovered that the wiring inside had come completely adrift. My husband and son managed to repair it so we have kept the chair. I would suggest that if you want this chair you have nothing to do with Gamer chairs but buy it direct through Amazon as you can do that and the manufacturer is helpful.

It's good, but it could be better
Following the connection procedure it says turn volume on the chair up to max....erm, that didn't sound like a good idea so I tried a little over 50% and unfortunately one of the speakers is popping quite a lot.WHAT I LIKE==========Looks good.Sturdy enough.Bluetooth speakers (good for movies not games because of lag - all BT have lag).Great bass shaker when the audio is just right.Decent sitting chair, comfy for quite a while (legs can ache after a long sesh).WHAT THIS CHAIR NEEDS====================Ability to lock of the tilt.Ability to have rumble without audio.Sturdier arm rests with adjustment.

Overall a good game and chair but has some limitations
I give it like two stars because you can’t connect via Bluetooth with the PS4 because it’s not supported the speakers are pretty limited but on the good side very comfortable seat easy to put together and I would say pretty good value for money i’m gonna keep this for maybe seven months and then I’m gonna pick up A different one

Nice, confortable but noisy
It's really a nice gaming chair. Is confortable, probably a bit low if you need to use a desk. The bluetooth works pretty well, just a minor delay from the game.A bit noisy when we need to move a bit.Resuming, I like it.

Well built chair especially for grown adults.
Normally don't leave reviews however I was impressed by the speed of delivery of this product. Easy to ensemble and is very comfortable also. I was concerned regarding the size of the chair as I am six foot tall. However its more than big enough and definitely designed for adults. With regards to the features. The sound quality is very impressive. I tested this using the Bluetooth from my phone to play some music. I connected the TVs Bluetooth to the chair while playing ps4 and experienced a slight lag. Hardwired into the chair is much better. Overall I am very happy with this chair and would recommend to others.

Difficulties resolving
Comfy chair, we didn't user the speakers much because the wires tend to get tangled round the chair. A wireless option would prob be a better solution.Chair broke after three months. Customer service were unfriendly and did not offer to provide return postage or collection. It was very difficult even though it stopped working shortly after purchase by lilting to the leftFortunately after many emails, the manufacturer was able to assist

The One Chair To Rule Them All
This chair is everything I thought it would be and more. It looks the part it sounds the part and it feels the part. It’s this first gaming chair I’ve owned and I can’t represent it highly enough. Easy to put together and is an absolute beauty. Although I paid £159.95 it is worth the £250 price tag. Love it.

Underwhelmed
Not as comfy as expected. Biggest issue is the crackling over Bluetooth when navigating menus on Nintendo switch or Apple TV. Xbox one and switch don’t support Bluetooth so you have to buy a Bluetooth transmitter which was not made clear, so expect to pay an additional £25. Lastly the chair is very creaky if you move from side to side.
