Its ok, if you dont find best one
It's good for biginers, but just OK for experienced gymers. Feel hadales are very week if you want to add more than one tube But yes it will fullfill your requirment in odd time when you can't go to Gym. It is usefull if you will this with pair of dumbells at home in panademic situation.

Nice, durable, good for rehabilitation and strength training
I’ve been using it for quite sometime how. I found it durable and helpful.Due to my knee problem, doing weights can be tough. Resistance bands work well in this case. Got it for my boyfriend as well and even he found it useful.

It is available with various resistances when added workout becomes tough.But not satisfied with its price, but if money is not a matter go for it .

Resistance levels are fine and finishing is good. Can be used to work full body if you know how to activate different muscles.
