My sleeping qualify improved significantly. You get used to it pretty soon -- I think took me 2 days. Also no longer wake up thirsty in the middle of the night. And no more midnight bathroom trips.

I am conscious of waking each morning with a blocked nose so when I saw Dr Rangan Chatterjee discussing sleep strips in a recent podcast, I wondered if these would help. It’s early days, but I noticed an immediate difference on wearing them. I’ve tried using micropore as an alternative and found it probably kept my mouth closed tighter and so felt more restrictive. These strips are kinder on the skin and if you needed to breathe through your mouth for any reason, you would be able to do so through the corners, albeit only gently. They also come off easily, without taking off your skin.

These strips aren’t very sticky. They work for a little while then fall off.

Second time I've bought these. First lot were great with really good adhesion. The second lot that I am using now are not the same and do not stay on.Unlikely to be buying again which is a shame as they were great.

Tried once for 2 minutes. Pressed lightly onto mouth and tried to remove. Far too adhesive. So adhesive that it almost pulled skin off lips. Threw them all away - unuseable. Was very glad I tried to remove before leaving on all night. Goodness knows how tightly stuck it would have been by morning

This is absolutely great, my wife wears before going bed and it stops all the fighting we have go through before bed, highly recommended to avoid wife at nights

Wife loves them as my snoring stopped instantly. They work ok but lose stickiness quite if the get dribble on them.

Easy to use and they’re not too thick which is fine with me. Some improvement in sleep quality.
