Great quality, and we use this in so many different dishes. Long shelf life and sodium-free.......which is extremely important if you are watching your sodium intake. We like adding it to pots when we boil boneless chicken breasts, cook rice, and anything we want to add chicken broth to. Flavor is quite nice. It has an excellent aroma, and the price is fair.

I’ve been using this product for years. Tastes great, and it’s a high quality seasoning, without any sodium. I also buy the beef flavor. I have hypertension, and this is a must. Even low sodium broths have tons of sodium! Amazon sells Herb Ox at a good value for the money vs. what it costs at the grocery store.

I discovered this bouillon when I was hospitalized and the night nurse took pity on my hunger pains. It tasted so good that she ended up bringing me 5 cups of broth that night. Needless to say I bought some as soon as I was released but discovered they make a full-sodium version too, which tastes even better but is too high in sodium to drink as broth (1,100mg), therefore I was trying to dilute it with 3 cups of water per pack of bouillon but it seemed to dilute the chicken flavor too much. Someone suggested I try mixing the sodium w/the sodium-free, and with a little trial and error, I found the sweet-spot for the chicken broth that has the perfect amount of flavor and perfect amount of salt - Combine 1 packet of the full-Sodium version with 1 packet of the Sodium-free version in 4 cups of piping hot water. This is now my go-to recipe whenever I'm feeling under the weather or simply for when I don't have a big appetite but need to eat something. And having 4 cups worth of broth gives me leftovers for the next day that I can heat up in the microwave. Not kidding when I say I prefer this to any other brand of soup on the market - including good ol' Campbell's. If you're on the fence about trying this, just do it. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.

Convenient and great tasting with many uses. First came across these when my son was in the hospital and this was part of his liquid diet. The whole family uses them now. We won’t use any other brand we like them so much, the chicken is the fam fav.

I’ve been buying this product for over three years. The quantity and quality (flavor) is not consistent. The goods news is, when it’s correct, the product is great! Quality control is lacking.

These packets are a staple in my kitchen. I’ve always been a fan of the Herb Ox chicken bouillon, and I was thrilled when they came out with a sodium free version. Same great flavor, but without the salty taste and the extra sodium levels. The large package size is the way to go too! I use these for making plain broth, adding flavor to soup mixes, and to add seasoning to any cooking dish. Great taste, dissolves easily, healthier option for chicken bouillon flavor. These are the best I’ve tried.

This is great value for the money, ease of use, and sodium free aspect does not detract from the taste of whatever I am cooking. Generally use for soups, stews and cooking quinoa. Highly recommend!
