First of all, I paid my own damn money for this, and waited until I'd worn and washed this a few times before reviewing.Any woman with D cup or larger breasts can tell you they're not all they're cracked up to be, especially if you exercise. Most sports bras don't go higher than a C or D, and what's considered 'support' is laughable. Even bras that support walking, cycling, or elliptical machines don't stand up to running or jumping, and you can forget about doing yoga inversions. This bra stands up to almost all of the above; I'm a 38DD, and I can run in this bra, do kettlebell workouts, and downward dog to my heart's content without giving myself a black eye. (Burpees are still a no-go; I got up to seven before my chest started hurting.) I gave the narrow straps some side-eye when I first unpacked this, but surprisingly they don't dig into my shoulders or hurt. When I phase out my other sports bras, I'll probably replace them with this.

My daughter saw these bras on an Instagram ad. She is now 15 yrs old, plays basketball and is just short of a DD cup. She was wearing double bras (in vain) to reduce the amount of bounce.I IMMEDIATELY could tell the difference when she had this bra on, not only visually but from the way she ran...she no longer keep her elbows pinned to her waist trying to keep her boobs from bouncing! So impressed, I bought one for myself.We've found the most effective configuration was the crisscrossed straps. It really minimizes your bounce and even acts as a push-up bra...a few of my workout shirts are low cut. Looks very sexy!Oh, there is no padding so they are not very modest. You may want to wear pedals or sew in a thin liner, if you are subconscious about your nipples showing through your shirt. (The orange bra is lightly padded, but not the black ones).SO the bra is FANTASTIC! I downgraded my rating due to my experience with the vendor, HerRoom.We are a military family living overseas, so there is some extra "handling" of our mail. My daughter and I were changing all of our sports bras to Berlei. I ordered from HerRoom but never received them. I contacted them and they told me that the bras had been stamped delivered, so tough (no they didn't say 'tough' but that's what the response equated to). I waited a couple more weeks because it was near the Christmas season and ALL mail especially military mail can be delayed.I later contacted the vendor to ask for a replacement or refund and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. Contacted Amazon and after a few days Amazon issued a refund.Because I REALLY like these bras, I made a new order. I tried to avoid this vendor, but no luck. Received my second order fine.Long story short, if the transaction works smoothly...GREAT! If anything goes wrong, GOOD LUCK!

Bar none, this bra is the most comfortable I've ever worn. I HATE going to a department store and trying on dozens of too cute, too big, too small uncomfortable, poorly made, overpriced bras. Finding this one was a fluke - it was the only one in my size in a department store and it was so good, I ordered 4 more on Amazon and it came from England. They are pricey, but for a larger-busted woman like myself, it not only stays in place all day without a lot of tugging and adjusting, but without all the extra padding, I look much trimmer. Great color combos look terrific as a fashion statement under summer T's and that doesn't include how great they are as a sports bra. Cooler. Well made. The best! Michele

I am 5'2", 130lbs and a 32DDD. This bra fits well around the rib cage, but the cups are a little larger than expected with some unexpected space between the cups and my breasts. In addition, the wires tend to poke into my sides at the top of the cup and there are several areas on the bra that are not soft against my skin, feeling scratchy and uncomfortable. It's ok for a short workout but not great for lots of movement with these uncomfortable issues. I do like that it's lower cut than most sports bras and looks great with some of my yoga tops, but it has a few drawbacks depending on your shape.

I love the fit & fabric. It loses a star because it has zero nipple padding. The straps can be crossed or left straight. I wear it for tennis & the gym. It is VERY comfortable! I am 5’10”, 180 lbs, 38 D

I don't normally do reviews on products, however this bra has been a life changer! I feel like I have tried every supposed "high impact" bra on the market and have only been disappointed. The bra either is not supportive enough or it is supportive but I must dislocate a shoulder to get it on or off! That is why this bra is TRULY a life changer! It has excellent support and is so easy to wear - and is COMFORTABLE! If I were to change anything it would be to make the cups a little higher. They are a bit "demi"ish but I just wear a tank bra over it sometimes. I'm a 34D in Soma and VS bras and this bra was true to size. This bra has made working out much more comfortable! I've had this one for a few weeks and it's all I want to wear for working out so I'm getting ready to order another one!

Great bra for the gym!

I like the way this bra calls are you firm without being too stiff. I really like the “breathabity” of it. I live in a hot climate and need this for not only walking outside but also when it’s hot it works under dresses or any other outfit

Absolutely great bra! It holds everything in place, it's sturdy yet very comfy and creates nice shape. I love it and I'm thinking buy one more

I loved the colour and the style, but as I said previously strange fit, am a 34a and straps to short so pulls up the front and squished in so poor fit for me..

Did not look like the photo. It was VERY pink and ‘loud’. It also felt very structured/uncomfortable. Not for me. Also didn’t think it flattered my 38e bust

Excellent bra, very supportive and true to size. I have 3 Berlei bras and they are all excellent. Very reasonable price as well. A good all round sports bra.

Bra is bloody amazing and looks great. You can adjust the straps for different looks, types of tops. I tried on loads of Nike, Adidas etc and this bra is half the price and twice as good!!!!!! Love it!!!!!

Comfortable and supportive, very soft material, cup size a little on ths big side, which I don't mind, my bust size goes up and down depending on the time of month, I'm 34D. Its supports well during a hiit workout and lifting weights. Good all round.

This is my fav sports bra to purchase and this one arrived this morning. I tried it on right away and it fits perfect just like my old one and this colour is beautiful. I’m sure this will become my new favourite

I like Berlei products, and generally they have been durable. But on this one I found a large whole in the mesh at the back after just a few wears.

Bought a different colour of this and loved it, so got this one too. Just right size wise and I can jog in it without any movement.

Great bra. Very comfy and can wear all day if required. I've had one for years and needed to replace. This one is more colourful but also more expensive. Crucial to note you may have to go up a cup size. I bought my old one so long ago I had forgotten. Washes well too but no fabric conditioner or it will stretch.
