Bought these to help with my dropped arches and find they are quite good at supporting them.

Absolute life changer for me, sounds a bit overkill i know but seriously, not saying these are the best things ever as in how long are they gonna wear and last but it's a very cheap way of finding out that I most definitely need arch support insoles for ever now, it has straightened me up as in shoulders and posture, the balls of my feet no more agonising pain along with my knees, very highly recommended then you can work out if you wanna spend more on a long lasting custom pair, hopefully these will last then I will just keep replacing them as and when needed for this great price.

The fit was as expected on these, but I know I walk funny and I saw relatively quickly, that they were being worn down quite quickly. Which was a bit disappointing. I mean, they hardly cost the earth, but all the same, I expected a bit longer with them. I have used them in different shoes and it definitely helped my plantar fasciitis but it did take some months of continually wearing, and they were getting uncomfortable and worn by that point. Still, I would also buy them again if it was for a short time that I needed them. If you are hard on shoes though, maybe consider something more robust?

I finally found this one that is great for shoes, other brands can be good but will work only for trainers, this one is slim so fits loafers for example. I’ll be ordering more for sure!

Had sore heels as I do a lot of walking. I looked online re causes and found that it is most like Plantar Fasciitis. Read that arch supports would help relieve the pain so I bought these. They really do work instantly. They took all the pressure of my heels giving me instant comfort. They fit my boots and trainers. I bought two more so I didn’t have to keep swapping between footwear.
