Good Concept, Bad Design and Sizing
The concept is good in that they fit like any other brief, but the comppression pads are to high and ride above my hernia. The straps are useless in trying to tighten the pad when it is over the hernia. Also beware. The sizing is way off. I have a 33" waist and ordered a small per the sizing chart and had to struggle to get them over my hips. They were so tight that I couldn't wear them and sisce they weren't returnable, I with stuck with the. As I said before. Good concept nad design and sizing If you like these and are a small, get a larg.e.

Bad fitting
The pads are not at the right place but much too high.Cannot use the Velcro bands because they are not sewed at the right place.Had to make modifications at a tailor shop and paid 15$ for that

Dissatisfied
Product does not fit as shown in photo. Cannot fit both sexes as recommended. Cannot open the box and look at the product and still return it. You are stuck with it. No returns allowed. Extremely poor customer service.
