A friend of mine turned me on to poutine
He's from Montreal and swears by St Hubert's gravy. I'm now a fan as well. The hardest thing about making poutine for me is finding fresh cheese curds. One thing of note that I screwed up the first time is mix the gravy powder and water prior to boiling. If you add the powder to the water while it's boiling it just clumps up and doesn't mix right.

This is the second time I've ordered a shipment of 6 packets, I had no issues the first time 9 months ago. Today when the package arrived only 3 showed up instead of 6 which is upsetting because I'm giving them to my dad for Christmas. I'll just have to give him the three because it takes a while to ship and it won't make it here on time.

I order these frequently in the fall winter and spring months. My husband and I love poutine and don’t want to do a 6hr+ drive to Montreal when we need a poutine fix, this is pretty darn close to being the perfect fix! Highly recommend this product!

A little taste of Canada at home
Since the pandemic, we haven’t been able to visit family in Canada and have the traditional Poutine with fresh “squeaky cheese” and real Poutine sauce. Found some cheese curd (not as good as fresh) in our US stores and of course French fries but not the same with out the original Poutine sauce. A bit expensive since coming from Canada but worth it. My in laws are from Canada and they appreciated having a true taste of home.

Perfect Poutine Gravy!
Love this item, I have bought it several times. It is easy to make and taste delicious. I tried other Canadian package gravies, and this one is the best.
