What is the distance between the bottom side of the 4 slots? I would like to use it to draw 4 equidistant lines at the same time.

The distance is the same. It's 17 millimeters or 21/32 s of an inch between the lines. Hope this helps. I would include a photo but there doesn't seem to be an option to do so.

R-925 BERYOL RADIP DESIGN

Yes it would. It is a great tool for keeping your writing straight and in line. There are "spacer" lines built in to the template that helps you to evenly space your writing lines vertically from one another.
