Are this towels truly biodegradable?

Yes they certainly are. We were very impressed with them & won’t buy anything else now.

Do the wipes contain plastic or are they fully biodegradable?

Great piece of kit, I have them everywhere, says biodegradable in the description but I wouldn't trust somthing like this flushing them.

Are these safe to flush down a toilet, if I flush one at a time?

I wouldn't if I were you. They've got the feeling of a high end kitchen paper towel so I doubt they'd break down when you flush them.
