I especially liked the blessing ritual for already blessed holy objects. It also contains the Liturgy of the Hours (in a condensed format of course)for Morning, Evening and Night prayer, Seasonal prayers, traditional Catholic devotions like the Stations of the Cross, litanies and I could go on and on.... Just like it states in the book. This is not a book that is to remain unused, no, it to be used as a family on a daily basis. I would give this book 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it. Review: Wedding gift for best friend was her "favorite" - Wedding present for my college friend. She writes theology and he works in college ministry. I may have stretched the 'one year' limit (I swear, I bought the gift before the wedding... I just kept forgetting it on my dresser) When I did eventually send it, I got a call about a week later... "OH MY GOSH, CONNIE!!! This is our favorite wedding present!!" It may have been in part the surprise of getting a wedding present in June after a November wedding... but I like to think they like the book. She did mentioned they had it less then 5 hours and did 3 prayers from it. And had planned a few more. I did glance through the book as I loosed the spine (like you should do for the first opening of any hard copy, people!) and it's something I'll need to add to my own library once I feel ok spending money on myself.

One of the Catholic Essentials
This book is a great resource that will help you enrich your prayer life. It contains blessings for every single imaginable situation in life, be it prayers for the unborn, born, everything in-between (prayers for the sick,children, dead)and even prayers for the household and objects like your car. I especially liked the blessing ritual for already blessed holy objects. Everything You Need
I carry this book to every event I attend, from meetings to birthday parties. There are blessings, prayers & readings for every occasion. It has already added spiritual value to every event. It is also extremely easy to read and has instructions for ministering these blessings and prayers if you are interested. This book is a real treasure to me.

Purchased for my husband who is finishing his Deaconate and needed a prayer book for home visits. He finds the book very helpful and uses it as a resource more times than not.

Blessings and Prayers that apply to just about any situation
No Catholic home should be without one. Many inspiring verses that apply to each specific blessing. I found this book to be very good for youth-led inspirational moments within the household; a very meaningful time for family togetherness.

Great prayer book for every Catholic household
I bought this for my husband as a gift on our wedding day. It is a beautifully made book with comprehensive prayers for almost any occasion or time of day.

Unauthorized Charge after purchase
The book is exactly what I expected. Although I am very dissapointed in the fact that about a month after this purchase, my debit card was charged with a mambership to amazon prime. $99 to be exact. Which I never signed up for and never authorized. This will be my last purchase with amazon considering they cannot be trusted with debit card information!
