I bought this as a replacement for my Grandma's pastry cutter which broke when I was making cut out cookies. I'm 63 so you can guess how old this cutter was. It took a long time for me to receive this replacement but it was worth the wait. I can only hope it lasts half the amount of time as my last one.

I have used this for many baking things now and every time I use it, I think about how much better it is than my old one. It cuts through the cold butter nicely and really makes it quicker to whip up baked goods. It's sturdy and is easy to hold. It really is nice!

What a great change from using the mixer to blend cold butter into flour. The mixer sprayed everything all over. The Pomodoro hand blender is so much neater, and easier to clean up. I’ve been using the blender since September, and have had zero problems. I mostly use it to make puff pastry dough, where the butter must be very cold. The blender, with its sharp stainless-steel blades, slices easily through the butter, and makes short work of the mixing process. The easy-grip rubber handle keeps the blender from slipping when I twist it in the dough. Using hot water and soap, I can clean the blender in a couple of minutes. The blender is priced fairly. I consider it a bargain.

Maybe it's because I'm new to the baking world and not use to these but I found this really hard to use. My dough was getting stuck constantly in it and had to stop often to clean it out. I will say those it's sharp and cuts cold butter like a dream and easy to hold and clean for the most part. I think it was user error on my part so I'm giving it a good rating regardless. Definitely worth a try and great price.

Although smaller than I anticipated, it actually is the perfect size. It is very sturdy so there is no worry about bending it with harder items. Recommend

I wasn't sure what the quality would be like for the price, but it doesn't look cheap at all. The chrome is good quality, and the prongs and handle are very sturdy. Works very well.

I got this for my mom for Christmas last year, and she LOVES it. She used to be a recipe developer, and now that she’s at home all the time, she bakes ALL the time. So much baking. She loves this, says is great. When she uses it she says it’s the best thing ever. From what I have seen, it’s amazing quality, heavy enough that it won’t bent out of shape, and super super easy to clean. My mom has been putting it in the dishwasher and has had no problems (she says life is too short to do dishes so she puts everything in the dishwasher).

The dough blender works wonderfully. It is easy to hold and use.
