This is really an awesoms one. I am using this as elbow wrap. I have tennis elbow which was hindering my weight training. But after using this, I can really lift heavy again. It provides comfort to the elbow and gives some extra support. However this can't be used for squat as it's too light for heavy weight barbell squats. But definitely youcan use this for lunges. Overall this is really a great buy at a reasonable price. This is my review after two days of use. Will update it after a month.

Product is not useful as the velcro binder is not stitched at other end. So there shall be no grip at knees. So useless product.
