As I expected, this is not what it says it is...i gave it a try because I was fooled by the more than 200 comments all positive and with 5 stars...I spent some time reading through...and guess what? they all sound phony, all repeating the same stuff with slightly different word...I've returned the item straight away...very slow response, completely wrong reading of heart beat (it measured 35...what am I a sort of zombie???) once you've got it in your hand sounds like an expensive toy for kids but even a kid would not know what to do with it.Don't be fooled by the positive comments. stay away.Ask for a refund, I will update the review once I will receive the money back.Update: refund received promptly and without issue at all but still my review about this product stay the same.

I bought this on the strength of all the previous reviews.My initial experience was that the "sleep mode" and "Blood Pressure" didn't work at all.The counting of steps was totally inaccurate, my steps increased by just typing on my keyboard.The screen only stopped on for around 3 seconds.The health application was too basic with regard to what could be configured such as screen timeout etc.Could not recommend this product at all.

I bought this product on the strength of earlier favourable reviews but should have paid more attention to some of the recent very critical comments. In any event this product simply does not work and in particular the heart rate monitor gives an incorrect reading which could be dangerous if someone is relying on this monitor because of some underlying medical condition. I am now returning this product to Amazon and asking for a refund.
