Very easy to install and well worth the money (does need space though below sink)
We had a silver faucet that went into an existing sink and it had the old style, large plastic thing (unsure what they're called) to tighten it. I could never get my hands up there to tighten it enough and it always rotated. We got fed up and bought this one. Instead of a large plastic threaded nut to hold it tight, it has a small plate (with part of the side cut out so you can squeeze it onto the faucet even after connecting up the pipes) and another plate with screws in it. It's a bit fiddly to start with, but once you have the plates held with one hand, you can use a long handled philips screwdriver to tighten the plate and faucet in place. It's easier that it sounds and it means you can easily tighten it if it ever does get loose. So far, though, it's been well tight and the top moves easily. There is a weight that holds the faucet head in place, so you have to make sure there is a vertical area clear under the sink where the weight can rise and fall. It's a great tap and we love it. Much better than the older styles we are more used to.

Brilliant !!!!
Absolutely stunning and easy fit, transformed our new build kitchen, complementing our new sink. No issues with lack of pressure like others have commented on. Highly recommend this Tap !

Happy to have replaced my last tap with this one
Having had a dreadful job done by bob the botch a few years ago I decided to have the plumbing under the sink redone and the tap replaced. It was worth waiting for. He's done a great job & said this tap was very easy to fit. It looks good and I like the way the water flows fast but gently, too. The spray won't be used as much but is handy to clean the draining board (or to open the window and spray the flower pots underneath). It arrived quickly and very securely packed.

Quality tap with good installation instruction
Came well packaged in expanded foam within the box so it seemed very unlikely to be damaged in transit. The instructions are printed on a double-sided sheet of A4 and while small they do contain all the info you need in order to understand how to fit and connect everything. The supplied hoses are a decent length (50cm) and fairly flexible. The main body is nicely finished, the buttons operate smoothly and the extendible hose gives the impression of durability. Took about 30 mins to fit but I'm no plumbing expert. I'm really pleased with the installed tap. We'll see how it lasts but on the basis of the experience so far it's a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Excellent value love the spray feature
So the moment we are living in very unusual times. (Covid19) Needed a new tap, and Buying from amazon was my only choice. Spent ages looking for a tap. It’s a bit hard to buy, unseen. Found this and immediately liked the look, and added features. When it arrived, quickly I might add, found that it came with flexible connectors, which makes installation much easier. It’s a good sturdy design. Excellent value for money. The on off lever, is easy to operate, and comfortable to use. The head of the tap swivels, great if you’ve a bowl and a half sink. There are three options of flow . I particularly like the spray option, for rinsing dirty plates. The pull down head, automatically goes back into position after use. Tap is easy to clean, just wipe it over. Given, the added features, this is excellent value for money.

Unable to source replacement washer
I bought and installed this tap myself 18 months ago. It's worked OK till I had a dripping pull out spray attachment. It is a nightmare trying to find a replacement washer where the pull out spray head attaches to the pull out hose. I have spent two days searching, both at my local retail outlets and on line and I cant find nobody who stocks this particular washer. Unless I can find a replacement washer I shall have to bin the whole thing and install a tap with standard replacement parts. I understand this is a US product., hence the non standard washer! I have now given up trying to source a washer for the pull out head. I now have another problem, the lever that controls the hot/cold and on/off keeps dripping. This somehow finds its way through the tap fitting to the sink top and then runs inside the base unit and finally onto the kitchen floor. I thought it might be the ceramic cartridge that needed changing but it made no difference. After a short time it leaked with the new cartridge also. I believe the problem lies with the poor design of the tap. After fitting the cartridge the tap lever is pushed back into position and secured with a grub screw. However, no matter how much the grub screw is tightened it still comes loose and starts to leak again. It looks like the tap lever section works loose after using the tap for a while. The design should incorporate a "dimple" for the grub screw to tighten into and prevent it from sliding off. I've had enough. I've decided to write off the £50 I paid for it and get a decent one. Down to one star now!

Not bad value and looks fine
Looks quite smart, although the tap is fairly large compared to the one we replaced. There is a slight wobble. Even though there is no movement in the fitment, because of the size there is movement as our sink flexes. The weight used to draw the tap extension back in is fairly big as well to fit in tight spaces. Please be aware of this. I have my reservations about the extension as it it draws back slowly and doesn't spring back as it should, I can only imagine over time this gets worse. Not bad value for money overall and does the job.

Excellent tap and customer service but water flow rate reduced
Had this professionally installed and my plumber was amazed at the price I paid indicating that plumbers merchants would have sold this quality of tap for at least 2x the price (which says a lot about plumbers merchants!). It all looks and works very well, the retraction is perfectly snappy (for those having issues with theirs needs to be weighted properly using the included counterweight), the build feels solid and the tap functions all work as advertised. The only issues is that there appears to be a reduced rate of water flow compared to my previous kitchen tap. Not reduced to a problem level but reduced nonetheless. Customer service is excellent also.
