This stuff has saved my life - well, at least the quality of it. I have severe Minere's Disease. For those that have it, you know how suddenly a vertigo "episode" (I like to call them attacks but my Dr. says that isn't correct - apparently he has never had one - haha) can spring up on you. Natually it doesn't cure you but it certainly makes you feel incredibly better - and very quickly. I roll it on behind my ears and put it on the inside of my wrists.Handy hint..........roll it on the inside of your wrists when you go to bed. I always make sure my hands are up near my face so I can inhale the oil. It truly seems to help me sleep with less (or no) symptoms. Give it a try - for the price, what do you have to lose?

Maybe for basic use
If you truly have been diagnosed with BPPV or MD, this will not work at all. Not logical. There are real physiological events happening in your body (vestibular weakness, ear crystal issues and many other possible triggers for vertigo. Product smells nice, quite expensive and ineffective. No harm in trying but essential oils cannot alter true vestibular issues. Good luck
