My ob/gyn recommended these to me and advised me to stop using boric acid. These have been a dream in making you feel refreshed and restored after menses and are nice pick me ups to keep your ph in balance. I keep mine in the freezer for easy insertion since I live in a warmer climate, if kept at room temperature it'd be an obey gooey mess and have you just down there playing. Since these dissolve quickly I only insert before bed to allow best results. But I have used during the day if I've ever felt any discomfort coming. Didn't burn or irritate my skin and are very gentle for my lady bits. Have been a consistent user for over a year and just keep them on hand for just in case. 1 pack lasts me easily over 6 months since I only use on an as needed basis. If there is type of any oncoming bv or yeast infection coming, this nips it in the bud fairly quickly. Not as harsh as boric acid but very soothing. Though these are pricey they are worth it. Recommend for any female that's sexually active, menstruates, has menopause or hormonal fluctuations, or an IUD user. My IUD made me more prone to imbalances though I wasn't sexually active but this is a "supplement" that I keep on hand as a result since the strings hanging off the device make you more prone to anything throwing you off. These have no scent or smell to it once they dissolve that I notice. Very neutral. If you put it in the night before and wanted to rendezvous the next day, there would be no taste or smell that your partner would notice. I would recommend at least waiting 8-10hrs after insertion to engage to minimize the risk of your partner tasting or seeing product. So if you insert it at night and go to work, by the time you're clocked out ya lady will be good if you have to discreetly use. Sometimes soap irritation and or you sweating in the humidity of summer can have your panties sticking to you in the summer can make you feel rashy, sensitive, or irritated but once these dissolve they soothe the inner and outer bits. Love them. Just keep in freezer for easier insertion and is soothing when irritated.

Worked for irritation, I like the clean ingredients, better than going to the doctor to be given who knows what with unknown filler irritating ingredients, all in all seems like a decent value for improving health.

There’s absolutely nothing that compares to this product! It’s natural, non-irritating and it works!

I bought these because I have some dryness and irritation down there with, ahem, marital relations, that are associated with breastfeeding and wanted to see if these made that better. I've used these for several days and haven't noticed much difference as far as a nice smell or anything. They are of course made with oils, so that does improve dryness, but as far as alleviating irritation If anything I have a slight burning sensation that wasn't there before.

I really like this product, and it seems to work well and doesn’t irritate me at all, but it is very expensive; $35 for just 6 tubes. I’m going to look for a more affordable alternative.

I bought this product for general health and maintenance for my flora down there as I am on antibiotics every few months and want to make sure everything stays in line. The first night I used this, I noticed a little itch but didn’t think anything about it. After using it a second night, I had a full blown yeast infection AND BV. I haven’t had a yeast infection in YEARS and this BV is absolutely putrid— not even like the normal fishy odor. This product gave me some sort of super BV that is similar to rotting flesh and actual feces and ammonia. I’m absolutely horrified that by using this product I went from healthy to two full blown infections. I’m not sure what is in this product, or how it has so many good reviews, but please STAY AWAY. I now am on both anti-fungals and antibiotics because of this product.

So happy!! I’ve been struggling with recurrent bv and yeast for almost 2 years. However, for like a year of that time I was misdiagnosed with vaginismus (a pelvic muscle spasm disorder) because of crappy lab testing and a rushed doctor who didn’t ask me enough questions to know what was really going on...Anyway, I switched to a midwife that specializes in vaginal health and she diagnosed and treated me for both bv and yeast with the typical meds a few times around. The meds helped with the discharge and smell but I think my vagina had been inflamed for so long that I was still having irritation and itching. The best way I can describe it is that everything just feels RAW and dry! 😣. I’ve also been on oral probiotics for months now without much relief. And I’m so sensitive down there that I’ve been scared to try some of the standard home remedies for soothing itching and irritation cause in the past they’ve made things worse. I then came across a research article about the benefits of vaginal probiotics, and I thankfully found this! I feel a lot better even after just one application! I have a feeling this is going to become a regular part of my vaginal care routine!

works fine, easy to insert, comfortable, but it's so hard to open the packaging because it's PLASTIC and not foil like other suppositories, don't know why. you need scissors and will definitely require some finesse.
