Pumped stopped priming half way through first bottle of cleaner. When I went to remove hose to problem solve, the cheap plastic coupling snapped right off at the base! Then I was stuck with cleaning solvent in my lines and no means to flush out, much less finish cleaning system! What a mess, caused by a poorly made product. Was excited to get this, was happy it was "Made in USA" - but this was a huge disappointment in the end. What a waste.

The system worked perfectly the first time I used it. However the second time, the pump quit working.

this kit seems to work pretty well. some of the accessories are decent, while others are lacking. the wrench is far from ideal for accessing the faucet nut when you're working around multiple faucets. you'll want to buy a different wrench if this is the case. also, the cleaning line is attached to the jug and not the pump handle, so you'll have to either disconnect the cleaning line to refill the jug or refill it with another container. i never used the powder cleaner because i prefer national chemical "blc" in the quart containers. the brush works well and the ball lift does what it needs to do. for the price, this is a good kit if you're not pressed for time. cleaning multiple lines takes longer than it should, but if you're only cleaning one line, i would recommend it.

This works really well for homebrew or Sanke setups. It's compact and easy to use and comes with all the tools you need, especially the one I DIDN'T have which tightens the nuts on the inside of your towers to secure the taps themselves. Awesome value for under $50.

Product looks like it is well made but it arrived damaged due to the way the hose was tightly wrapped around the bottle during shipping. This caused a crimp in the hose that could not be removed. The hose worked and didn't leak but my concern is that it will prematurely fail due to the crimp. The design of how the hose attaches to the coupling that threads into the bottle also does not allow a damaged or new hose to be reattached during a repair. Due to this the product is being sent back and I need to reorder it to get a replacement. I hope the new unit arrives undamaged but if it is packaged the same way I have a feeling I will get a second unit with a crimped hose. If this is the case I will be ordering a different product. 6/17/16 Update - Second unit arrived with no damage. Was also contacted by customer service who said they would look into correcting the shipping problem which they did. Good to see they stand behind their product and review customer feedback. 11/6/16 Update - As stated by another customer, the pump broke after the third time using it. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy a product from this company again.

works pretty well and makes a good seal touse this. I have 2 kegarators and it worked well on one but I had to use another gasket for the the other keg. all in all the big jug makes it easier and quicker.

The pump broke the second time I used it. Now I just use it to gravity feed the solution.
