J.R. Watkins Deep Muscle Cooling Gel, Default, 3.3 Ounce

I have been using this product for a while I have severe back and neck pain having to take medications. I am not going to say it takes the pain away completely as nothing does, but this helps so much as it ables me to cope with the pain, also allowing me the ability to move around loosening up my muscles. This product gets very cool and feels great. In addition to using it for back pain I used it on my brother because he has diabetes and his feet get very warm almost hot this cools his feet down allowing him to be able to walk. Not sure what the product label directs for the use of children but I also apply this liberally to my daughter who is 11, she also suffers from muscle pain in her back, shoulder area and neck. She does not like using the hot/heat products that are available as she feels they burn her skin. She loves this one and reports it works well.

I don't understand why this gel works so well, but it does. After being on my feet all day, I use it on my sore back at night before bed and it helps me sleep soundly. On a hot night, especially with a breeze coming in the window or from a fan, it is incredibly refreshing! That said, I used it all winter without feeling chilled. I have used it for headaches by rubbing it on the back of my neck up to my hairline and for any muscles that have been taxed- think spring gardening marathons! I don't know what I'd do without it!

Cooling gel is great for sore muscles!
