Yes it has Bluetooth and also has an audio jack for earset or headset, a digital video/audio HDMI port, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 Port, and also USIM multi card slot, and its own speakers one on each side on the bottom of computers.

If I get a bad virus is it possible to reinstall the OS and the Apps?

Yes. There is a way (called imageburner) to prepare a USB stick or SD card, either from your Chromebook ahead of time, or from a non-Chrome OS machine at any point, in order to put a full copy of Chrome OS on there. Your apps should automatically install themselves after a full restore.Here are some reasons why the exact scenario you outlined (with virus as the cause) is unlikely:1: Viruses must be designed to infect the specific OS they affect. There are no known viruses which target Chrome OS.2: Chrome OS has security policies and procedures built in that go beyond what typical consumer-grade operating systems offer. (This is one reason that you don't need a third-party antivirus suite - some of what an antivirus program does is already built in.)3: Viruses can't actually install themselves, unlike in other operating systems. In other operating systems, viruses leverage the permission the user has to install software (or the the permission that the user has to temporarily escalate their own permission level in order to install or modify software) in order to integrate and execute their payload on the host machine. This permission simply doesn't exist on Chrome OS. (That's why you can't install software outside of browser apps on Chrome OS.)4: Browser apps on Chrome OS are sandboxed. They only have the permissions the user explicitly grants them, but the permissions that viruses would need to do their dirty work are not included on the list of grantable permissions. (Execute code outside of the sandbox, direct, low level hardware access, system file access (not user file access.))5: To date, there are no known instances of viruses which can infect Chrome OS. Google has a counter-intuitive policy in place, where it is offering a bounty to anyone that can create one. (7 million dollars on bounty for exploits and viruses, currently.) What Google will get out of this, should anyone successfully create one is that they have incentivized the sharing of information on Chrome OS exploits. It will be hard for anyone with a nefarious purpose in mind to turn down the legal cash prize, which Google would use that information to fix or tighten the security of Chrome OS. This doesn't prove that Chrome OS is "unhackable" (such a thing could never be proven to exist), but that it is very secure. Moreso than other popular major operating systems at present.6: Chrome OS is designed to re-install itself (repair itself) in the event that it is compromised. At any given time there are at least two full copies (sometimes three) of Chrome OS on the device. One copy is the working copy and the other is the reference copy. At boot time, the operating system is compared bit by bit (not just a hash). One versions is non-executable (and an OS-independent "binary-blob" disk loader manages each copy of the OS - the active copy does not have disk access to the archive copy at any time), so it can be safely assumed to be unaltered. In the event that the active copy differs from the reference copy, the active copy is overwritten by a copy of the reference copy. In other words A is the copy that "runs" (executes). B is an archive of the exact same version. When you boot, the binary blob compares A and B. If anything is different whatsoever, (even a single bit), the entirety of A is overwritten by B. Chrome OS is now restored to a pristine state. User data (your settings and saved local files) are not included with the binary blob, A, or B records, so when A is overwritten, your settings and files remain intact.
