Perfect loaf pan
Perfect loaf pan for sourdoughโno oil needed! This USA Pan loaf pan is excellent for baking sourdough. I use it regularly, and my loaves slide out effortlessly without any oil or nonstick spray. The ridged surface works like magic, and cleanup is easyโjust a quick wipe. Itโs sturdy, doesnโt warp in the oven, and the heat distribution is even, which matters for a good rise and crust. Iโve already ordered two and plan to get more. Great for serious home bakers who want professional results without the fuss.

Update/Bought one, buying another
Update: I bought the medium one after I had great success with the small size pan. They are both EXCELLENT. In addition to being great for bread, I also baked 2 babkas, one in the USA loaf pan, and another in a random non-stick (so random, it didn't even have a brand on the pan). After giving the pans a few moments to cool down, the babka in the USA pan slid out easily, but the one in the random pan needed to cool down completely before I had to use a metal spatula to scoop it out. And obviously, the babka looked messy as a result (still tasted good!). I think if I were to do this all over again, I would have bought 2 mediums instead of a small first, but this just means that I'm going to have to potentially treat myself to a 3rd pan at some point! It Baked a challah in this loaf pan last week. The bread baked evenly, with a golden crust that was not burned. The bread also just slipped right out when it cooled down. It is a very sturdy loaf pan. I wouldn't call this pan heavy, but it definitely carries some weight to it compares to other pans. My only issue with this pan is that due to the folds on the ends, dough sneaks in and I had to pick out the crumbs with a toothpick after baking. Even with that minor annoyance, I will probably buy another because how well it did with bread. Also, there are no handles, but that doesn't matter to me because I still have to use mitts to get it out of the hot oven. Easy to clean by hand, and I have not had rust issues (though I've only washed it twice gently).

Fantastic pan!!!
Just starting to make my own bread and needed a pan. I purchased this pan and let me tell you I did not put anything in this pan. No parchment paper and no oil. The bread rolled right out of the pan. Nothing stuck to it easy to clean very heavy duty. Extremely impressed. Just purchased another one.

LOVE this pan!
This is absolutely the best loaf pan I have ever owned. It bakes evenly, is well-constructed, and the approx. 10โ length easily handles the larger/taller whole wheat sandwich loaves I bake. I still have the more expensive โgold pansโ from a major retailer, but this USA Pan is now my go-to as it completely outperforms the others. It is a good value for the money and I plan to order another very soon.

Just...WOW!
I have been using my old Teflon-coated bread pans for many many years, and I figured as long as the Teflon didn't detriorate I couldn't justify buying new. But if I had a dollar of every loaf of bread that got stuck in the bottom of that thing... At long last, a loaf of dough somehow managed to become permanent cement on in the edges. After soaking and scrubbing a half dozen times the "non-stick coating finally started to chip away, rendering the old pans worthless except for the scrap heap. So I figured if I had to buy new bread pans I would try to get the best for my budget. A bit of internet research and it seems that USA Pans is what the pros prefer for their bakeries. They are a couple bucks more than most other brands, and they also have a non-stick coating (which, not gonna lie, makes me a little nervous) that fortunately is NOT Teflon based.. I also hesitated due to the fold creases in the corners and the corrugation, worried that would just increase my clean-up frustrations. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when my first few loaves of our sandwich bread came out PERFECT, literally and figuratively. The bread loaves raised into the ideal shape (no funny dunlop muffin-top, tho thats likely because I sized up from my old 4x8"). They were perfectly golden brown on top, soft and moist just right and when I remove them from the pan, they slip right into my hand. No fuss, no mess, easy wipe down clean up. The best bread I ever ate, and I made it! Best part is, I bake 3-4 loaves of bread a week for our household and in the month I have been using these pans, I haven't had a single fail, nor even a flaw frankly. Perfect every time. USA pans has earned themselves a loyal lifetime customer. Not even exaggerating. I am so haply with these pans I am confident in saying I will go out of my way to buy only USA pans bakeware for the rest of my life. This brand just set a very high bar for any other bakeware. At least for me. Spend the few extra bucks for these pans. You won't regret it.

OK, but a couple of significant drawbacks
I bought two. Heavy and tightly constructed. Two drawbacks as I see it: 1) very awkward to handle when full and hot--nothing to 'grip' as you remove them from oven. A simple lip/edge, or (better) even a small handle would be a huge improvement. 2) They conduct heat perhaps a bit too well: loaf cakes brown far too quickly and are cooked through much faster than recipes suggest. (In a calibrated better-end oven, no less--with 2 individual thermometers, no less.) I've even tried lining them with parchment paper to control browning, and several recipes still ended up 'overcooked' even when removed 10 or more minutes before suggested time up. They are by no means cheap or low-end, but they do require you to adjust your assumptions when using them.

Very well made, has some weight to it, cleans easily and baked a Date Nut bread wonderfully! Great pan!!

Just get it!
Good solid pan. Iโve used it twice to bake bread. And both times bread came out fantastic. Well cooked through. Managed to cut off 5 mins of bake time too. Canโt recommend it enough.

Fantastic non stick
Fantastic product, best non stick loaf pan I have ever used. Good for most recipes beteen 500 and 400 grams

For baking USA pan products or NOTHING
Bakes bread/ cake evenly with perfection, doesn't stick AT ALL, looks new all the time, with a little care( no scrubbing or harsh soap) seems will last a life time so worth the money...
