Great if you keep it up for over 7 days, keep adding more.
The great thing about Amazon is the reviews. I had Rats running above the ceiling of my kitchen and living room, we could also hear them from upstairs, below the floor, so we knew where they were, but no idea how they got it. We assumed via cavity and possible from below ground. After reading 'All' the reviews here on all Rat Killer products I went with the Big Cheese. But I bought 4 packs of 30. I applied them by taking down the ceiling lights and shoving them up the gap, about 8 a day. Every day for 7 days, they kept taking them away, it was almost like I was feeding them, they kept coming. Day 8 and 3 blocks were left. I applied more. Day 9 no blocks taken. We have not heard them, thankfully no smell so they did not die up there. Now 2 weeks later and stiil no rats and no blocks taken. Conclusion. Keep going. No get frustrated after a few days and give up, they will just recover and find food elsewhere, heal and come back. Just keep it going until silence, no rats.

Good product
I have used local council services for mouse removal before I start using these to refill in rat bait boxes. It is a Much cheaper option than if you use your local council services for mouse removal job as they used quite similar techniques and it saves your time as well as you don’t have to wait for someone to place or refill the boxes for you. It gives you the good results. As it’s not a permanent solution, Have to keep refilling the boxes to keep mouses away..

The big cheese is the big cheese of baits!
I’ve battled my fair share of uninvited rodent guests, and let me tell you this bait does the job! Despite its compact 10g size, each block packs a serious punch against mice and rats. With a handy pack of 30, I’ve got plenty of these to guard every potential entry point. The damp-proof and weather-resistant design means I can place them outdoors without worrying about rain or humidity diminishing their power. Blue Difenacoum works like magic, and within days, my rodent problem became a thing of the past. It’s like hiring a tiny, chemical-coated security team that never sleeps! If you’re tired of playing hide-and-seek with pests, The Big Cheese is your go-to solution. It’s effective, easy to use, and truly lives up to its name—no more cheese parties for unwanted critters!

Don't rely on Rufus
As it wasn't clear from the product information if this included bait...I asked RUFUS! And Rufus said YES! It's not. Use Rufus with care.

I’m not sure I killed them or feed them
Purchase 2 bags. We had a rat problem in the attic. Pest control rid of them in 3 months. Im pretty sure they came over from neighbor as they have a cat who’s watching the ceiling. After 6 months they came back as I heard them. No pony spend hundreds on pest control again as neighbors didn’t care about it,so bought this. Just throw everywhere in the attic and placed few nearby so I can see if it eaten. Few days all gone. So yes they definitely eating it but no dead animals smell in the attic! The best option they died somewhere else (which would be a good thing as I’m not going up to collect the bodies) 😀. The worst thing I just feeding them 🤨

Does what it says on the tin!
I live in the beautiful countryside. Unfortunately this means that field mice, especially at this time of the year, decide the fields are boring and choose to find a hole that’s seemingly invisible to my eyes, and take up residence in my house. I set up WiFi cameras because nothing I tried worked. I have tried: Humane traps. Failed. Mice walked up to them, sniffed, looked at the top of the trap, and ran off. Snap traps. Also failed. Mice sniffed, arched their back so as to be able to get their nose in the bait hole, took a lick of the peanut butter/nutella combo, and ran off. He clearly told his friends because the whole bunch of them decided to stay in the safety of my loft. They then hid in the corner, going nowhere near the traps. Bought this stuff as a last ditch attempt. Put three blocks in bait stations in the loft, one bait station every meter. 6am my WiFi camera goes off and I watch as the bait stations literally fly across the loft as the mice got in and just absolutely devoured the poison. A whole bunch of them fighting to get in the bait stations. I don’t know what’s in these blocks that make them so irresistible to the little critters but whatever it is is pure crack for them. Three days later, no signs of any intrusion and loft is silent again. Poison was really a last resort for me but if you are going to do it, this is the one to use.
