Polyhedral 7-Die Festive Dice Set - Carousel with White Numbers CHX-27440

I ordered two sets so I could mix and match to make one ultra set, or - more likely - just keep the two sets together because the more dice, the merrier. These have lovely swirls of different colors mixed together with a gentle white ink that lets the dice colors shine beautifully.Chessex dice feel good in the hand - plastic but a decent heft for the product, and wonderfully fondleable angles and shapes to the dice. I've been known to roll a d10 around in my pocket absently for quite some time.

Came in excellent condition -- no chips or scratches on any of the dice. They feel high-quality and are a good weight.The swirled pattern is really, really cool! Mine came with a lot of gold to them, so they look really neat when they hit the light. I like twirling them around and looking at all the swirly colors while I wait for my turn (the D6 is my favorite one in my set!). They're absolutely gorgeous, and I now have the prettiest dice of anyone I know!My only complaint is that a bit of the color of the dice bled onto the white numbers. There's a few spots where part of a number isn't white. However, this is a minor issue, and they're still definitely readable. Overall, the dice are great! They look awesome and work well. I would definitely get these again.

Wish I could give a half star, so the score would be 4.5.These are actually some really nice dice. At first when you see them, they look a little like gross mized paint, but in the light the gold in them sparkles and it brings all the colors together beautifully. They're a really unique set.My only issue is, mine have some paint issues. The numbers aren't completely painted on a few, and the 1 on my d10 has a big smudge of paint on the bottom. At first I thought it was just part of the colors, but then I could feel the different texture. But other than the paint, everything is just fine and they're a beautiful, playable set of dice. I do recomend these, if you want something different.

I was quite excited to get these. While I do love them, they are slightly less bright and vibrant than the picture shows. At least my set is. The colors seem more muted and dark than the ones in the picture. It is still a pretty set, and I found no problems with any of the dice. Chessex is a very trusted brand for a reason. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because of the vibrancy of the actual product compared to what is shown.

My initial order came with 2 flawed dice. The D6 and D12 both had clear spots where the coloring process wasn't correct. The other 5 dice were perfect.(all 7 were perfect geometrically). I didn't intend to return the dice but sent feedback so they would know. They immediately sent me a new set and all 7 were perfect. These dice are as described and the coloring is very neat.

I got two sets of these dice because I liked them so much, and having 2 means I can use them for just about any RPG or card game situation that comes up.The iridescence on these dice is spectacular and you end up with some cool looking swirls and areas on all the dice.Highly recommend these if you like colorful and/or iridescent dice.

Unlike its Circus cousin, the Carousel set does not have a gem-like appearance. This set more resembles unstirred paint or stretched taffy, which makes for a very cool effect. I would recommend this set if you are looking for something lavender and unique.

I love this pattern; it reminds me of Fordite. The quality of the dice is also at the high level that I've come to expect from Chessex. The dice arrived in pristine condition, with no visible flaws, and a gorgeous polished finish. The weight is nice, they roll great, and my results appear truly random. I can't think of anything else I would want from a set of dice.
