This product was at a good price and brought many things with it. I wanted a roller like this that has the inside open and was lightweight to take around. This did all of that, i just wish that it all fit inside, most of it does except one thing. Also i would have given the product 4 stars but the covers for the inside part always come off while i use it and they dont seem to wanna stay in so technically you can't just always keep things inside. Other than that it seems like quality and can crack my whole back and relieve pain when i need it.

There's a lot to like about this product and accessories. I researched *a lot* of other options and I'm glad I bought this. Let's talk about the main roller itself: the foam density is what I personally need. It's yielding enough to not cause pain, but firm enough to actually knead and massage. The pattern texture of the foam is well designed and a full rotation is very thorough: deep blunted spikes and smooth stretching areas really target my muscles. The accessories are all rather nice. I bought this because I wanted a yoga stretching strap, and for me the other accessories were just a bonus. The spike ball is useful, I use it quite frequently. The peanut has a silicone-like texture and is surprisingly nice to use, like a compressive massage. The handled roller is awesome to use as well, but it is a very hard plastic and not foam. It also does not easily fit *inside* the main foamroller storage area without serious "Tetris skills". Certainly not a dealbreaker for me but if that matters, try to put it inside first (on an angle) and pack everything around it. Now, durability: I'm well under 200lbs, and yes it does creak under my full torso weight. It doesn't sound or feel like it's going to break... but it is not a 'quiet experience'. I think the sounds are from the threads and caps being slightly compressed under my full weight. I haven't tried removing both caps before use to confirm this theory. The only other improvement to suggest for this product would be to make it a bit longer/wider and larger in diameter. I really like the storage concept and aside from it being an occassionally unquiet experience, would recommend.

I am in no way a fitness fanatic. I am a classic "former college athlete" who is now in her 30's and works 50 hours a week and squeezes in a workout when she can. I do HIIT workouts 3-4 days a week. I've gotten a little more strict with myself during quarantine but I still have a long way to go. That said, this is probably the best purchase I've made one a while I personally struggle with flexibility a lot, and the band and roller help a lot with that. I also spend 9-12 hours a day at a desk, which is terrible after a tough workout. The muscle roller and foot ball help tremendously. I am about 160lbs and the full body roller holds my weight fine and I love the storage capability. Love this set, would recommend it to anyone

This is so worth it IF YOU NEED TO CARRY AROUND to the gym or wherever. Every tools that came with the roller can be stored inside of foam roller except MUSCLE ROLLER STICK. At first, I was bit hesitant about choosing which one to buy since there are so many rollers at different price range AND this 321 STRONG was bit pricey than other brands. But, upon receiving the item, I knew I got what I pay for. Foam Roller is firm and seems durable. Other tools are also seems durable as well as foam roller. I'm not sure whether stretching strap could be useful but I'm satisfied with the items.
