Very accurate!
It instantly gives you an accurate temperature. I have used it inside my oven. No grilling yet. I like the long probe so you don’t have to get so close. The only thing I have noticed is the steam from your food fogs up the inside of the temperature screen. Other than that it’s been perfect and well worth the money!
