Why don’t you just buy a cutler hammer breaker? Even if it will fit, it is not rated for it or made to work with it. All that is going to do is lead to problems

The Murray Type MP circuit breakers and the ITE/Siemens Type QP circuit breakers are identical to one another and are interchangeable amongst their panels. Obviously, you should consult a professional electrical contractor before adding any breakers to a panel and just make sure that this is a valid item required.
